He's my second son and I love him dearly but even I have to admit Josh is not the brightest star in the sky. He's not exactly workshy, he's just lacking in the necessary aptitude. I pay him an allowance every month basically, if I'm honest, to keep him out of my hair. Recently however, I've found a way of getting him to earn it. I'm not sure if he's realised it yet. A few years back I found him a manservant, Ellingham, a very capable fellow, to keep him out of mischief and let me get on with running the business!
